1. Registration Required: All students are asked to submit a registration form prior to attending class, including free trial classes. A $50 registration fee is due prior to the student attending his/her first paid class. Social security numbers may be omitted. If you receive child support or other assistance not reflected in your Adjusted Gross Income, please include a signed letter stating the amount of assistance received.

BILLING

1. Monthly Billing: We bill tuition monthly. Your monthly bill will vary depending on how many times your child’s class meets in a particular month (See the Alpharetta calendar). The initial tuition payment is due before the start of your child’s first paid class. Subsequent payments are due by the 1st day of each month.

2. Late Payment: If a monthly tuition payment is not received by the 10th day of the month, a $20 late payment fee will be assessed, and the student will not be permitted to attend class until the payment is received.

3. Late Pick-up: Parents who pick up their child more than 15 minutes after the scheduled end of class will be assessed a late pick-up fee of $1.00 for each minute beyond the initial 15 minutes that they are late.

4. Tutoring: Individual tutoring, when available, is billed at a rate of $50 for a 1-hour session, $67.50 for a 1.5-hour session, and $80 for a 2-hour session.

5. Refunds: Termination of school attendance by the student’s parents does not allow for partial refunds of monthly payments already made.

ATTENDANCE

1. Scheduled Classes: Scheduled classes take place according to the Prime School calendars, which are published on our website, http://www.theprimeschool.com/.

2. Inclement Weather: When inclement weather conditions occur, it is the parent’s responsibility to call the office or check our website to determine if the class will be held that day. If a condition severe enough to close the school occurs, you will be notified when the make up classes will be held.

3. Make-up Tutoring: If a student is absent from class due to illness or other mitigating circumstances, the school will mail you the homework. If the student has difficulty learning the material contained in the homework, please call the school and schedule a free, one-hour make-up tutoring session. Not more than one free make-up tutoring session will be provided per calendar month. Any additional make-up tutoring classes will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour.

4. Parental Supervision: The Prime School of Mathematics does not assume responsibility for students other than when their class is in session. It is the parents’ responsibility to accompany their child to and from class. Parents are solely responsible for their child prior to the start of his/her class and immediately after it ends.

Please Note: The Prime School of Mathematics is not recognized as an educational institute whose tuition can be claimed as a deduction on your Income Tax Return. Should you attempt to claim this expense, and the IRS allows or disallows it, The Prime School of Mathematics is not responsible.
